Customer Support Specialist – In-Office Position

We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to work on-site in our office supporting customers throughout their moving process.

This is not a sales role and not a remote position. You’ll be part of an in-office team handling customer communication, scheduling, and coordination.

If you’re organized, reliable, and communicate well under pressure, this role offers a steady schedule and clear expectations.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Answer inbound calls and messages from customers

Provide updates on scheduling, paperwork, and next steps

Assist customers with general questions and concerns

Coordinate internally with other departments

Keep accurate notes and follow established workflows

You’ll have scripts, training, and team support — no winging it.

WHO THIS IS A GOOD FIT FOR:
