We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist
to join our in-office team and assist customers throughout their moving process. This role focuses on organization, communication, and follow-through.
This is not a sales position and not a remote role. You’ll work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure each move stays on track.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Responding to inbound customer calls and messages
Contact Carl ASAP to set up an interview 561-577-9889
Providing accurate information regarding schedules, documents, and policies
Assisting with general customer concerns and requests
Coordinating internally with operations and support teams
Maintaining detailed and accurate records
Training, scripts, and support are provided to ensure success.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to remain professional in high-stress situations
Organized, punctual, and dependable
Comfortable working in an office environment
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Industry experience is a plus, but not required.
