We’re hiring a full-time inside Customer Service/Appointment Setter Agent to support our sales team. You will be required to contact existing Comcast business customers to set qualified appointments. We are winning back customers from Comcast to AT&T. This role is based in Delray Beach, FL (NO remote work) and is ideal for someone dependable, organized, and comfortable with routine outreach and follow-up.
👉 We’re looking for someone who can consistently follow a simple process to support our junior and senior closers—not pitch, negotiate, or sell. You will be required to contact business customers to setup calls for the sales team.

• Pay: Hourly wage + tiered performance-based bonuses (based on verified leads and appointments set)
• $800 - $1000++ Weekly
• Location: On-site in Delray Beach, FL
