This was taken from a German soldier by my father during WWII. It is part of his vast WWII memorabilia. It is in like new condition. Please see photographs for further information.

This item is a historical enamel membership pin from the Deutscher Volksgenossen Bund (German Fellow-countrymen League) associated with the Westmark region (Alsace-Lorraine).
The pin features a red, canted swastika on a white background, encircled by a black border with silver lettering.
The inscription reads "D.V.G. WESTMARK (LOTHR.)".
These pins were used by ethnic Germans in the Alsace-Lorraine region seeking unification with Germany during the World War II era.
