Manage day-to-day operations of condominium and homeowner associations
Serve as the primary point of contact for Board members and residents
Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and community projects
Prepare and attend Board meetings; draft meeting minutes and follow-ups
Enforce community rules, regulations, and governing documents
Oversee violations, architectural requests, and compliance matters
Assist with budget preparation and monitor financial performance
Review and approve invoices; coordinate with accounting (AP/AR)
Handle homeowner inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Ensure communities remain in compliance with Florida statutes and regulations
Qualifications
Active Florida CAM License required
Previous experience managing condominiums/HOAs preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities
Proficient in property management software (experience with portals like Engage is a plus)
Professional, responsive, and detail-oriented
