We are currently a Google PAGE 1 RANKED WEBSITE, 1st Page 1st Listing for 29 Keywords!!!!!, with average 20 random visits Per Day, plus our returning customers who type in the URL and/or are bookmarked from 7 years of operation.
There are so many different types of special hardware products and services you could add to this site to increase visibility and sales if you have time and good ethics, and a little capitol to expand,..
We ship same or next day, answer the phone, and care about their issues, and hopefully you can add some home Service Calls as we get asked almost Everyday for help to change locks, do inspections, install new equipment,.... we don't do that now, and so a handyman or contractor is also a perfect buyer for this, or someone who has great products but on a stinky website that needs exposure on an established website to take off, to link to, and create a bigger network.
There is no social media associated with this site, haven't needed it to this point but it would surely help if you had the time.
We do No Advertising, no Google or Bing campaigns, No email marketing,.... haven't needed it, folks find us easily on the web.
We have a Silverado Pick up truck with Ladder Rack that is also included in the sale, to get some Hurry/Rush or bulky items directly, but we get most our parts delivered to us.
We have some advertisers on our site, another way to generate easy income that I haven't had time to market and expand, and but haven't needed to, I'm comfortable with my situation..
A person who lives in Palm Beach County would be the best suited for this business for easy takeover, same as it operates now to start, however it is possible to do this anywhere close by, as these products are Hard to find and but you can only get them in this area.
You could even open satellite stores, we have lots of customers in Miami, Melbourne, Naples, Sarasota,... seems we ship to these places everyday.
This business is turn key, buy today start making money tomorrow, just walk in and do everything the same to start, and the orders will come. The established website is worth every penny, Google Friendly, loads fast, easy to update, ready to explode with new Products and Services!!!! A new Mom and Pop with a couple free labor kids would make a nice setup too!!!
There is closing costs that we split, just a few passwords and email addresses to change, then a few documents to switch new owner name with town and state and suppliers and stuff.
Included is all the Inventory, Fixtures and office equipment, pickup truck, multiple websites, Miter Saw, Table saw, Drill press, Storefront, business email, established phone number, customer lists.
I rent 2 warehouse spaces, and pay Electric, Wifi, and insurance, that's it, $1600 per month, you need to profit minimum $54 a day, which I almost guarantee from just the sales of one Dropshipper who sells my stuff on his social platform, the rest is gravy. Realistically you could operate out of just the bigger unit by moving the smaller unit storage shop into it, by removing the impromptu cozy little back room to chill out and save $500 per month lowering operating costs.
You don't need a lawyer, accountant, or bank to understand the numbers here, basic standard industry markup is 35-50%, divide that by the sales for profit income, not rocket science. But Banks have their own formula when you try borrow, they include your other things that don't concern this and don't see the whole picture here, and so guess what? forget it, they won't lend, 3 times now I played the buyer/lender game,... so now unless you can refinance your house, or cash in your IRA, have 50% cash down, or something else, this would waste both our time and the lenders.
Absent owners would not be good, this business needs constant attention and a desire to learn the Aluminum Trade, you can't let someone else run it for you, they'll start their own store if they learn the secrets and suppliers.
A lot of info here to consider, this is my disclosure, nothing to hide, all laid out for you to understand what is involved,.. basically you will not get a traditional loan from a bank for an established part time business, period, but you will get daily cash flow and the chance to expand on an established reputation,

New AIR CONDITIONED warehouse, to accomodate Full Time work occupancy. Bought special this month (Aug 2025) for new owner comfort, I went 4 years with No A/C and only work mornings before the sun came over the building at 1pm, when it got steamy,... no more!!!
