NOW HIRING: RECOVERY AGENT (NIGHT DRIVER)

KEY REQUIREMENTS (READ CAREFULLY):
Must be 23 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
Florida Recovery Agent License – Class E or EE (REQUIRED)
Working knowledge of DRN, Clearplan, and RCM is a MUST
Must have wheel lift towing experience
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must be drug-free
Must be responsible and dependable
Ability to work overnight / night shifts
Strong situational awareness and compliance mindset
Team player with a positive attitude
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Locate and secure vehicles and assets during assigned shifts
Conduct repossession-related field visits in accordance with Florida law
Maintain communication with the office during shifts
Avoid breach of peace and unauthorized interactions at all times
Accurately document activity, outcomes, and recovery attempts
Follow all company policies, procedures, and instructions
COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES:
Salary plus commission
