Our organization maintains multiple transportation brands, specialized operating systems, established infrastructure, proprietary processes, and a significant digital presence within the transportation industry.

We are currently expanding Riot Logistics as the next major brand within our portfolio and are seeking an experienced General Manager / Operations Partner to help lead that growth.

We are looking for a builder, a leader, and an operator—not someone looking for a basic dispatch position.

🚀 Growth Path

This position will initially focus on helping build and scale Riot Logistics.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to learn our systems, demonstrate leadership, and potentially move into larger management responsibilities across additional transportation brands within our organization.

Our objective is not simply to hire another dispatcher or office employee. We are looking for a long-term operator who can grow into a key leadership position within a larger transportation group.

📈 Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trucking and transportation operations
• Manage dispatch and maximize truck utilization
• Recruit, train, and manage dispatchers and support staff
• Coordinate driver and owner-operator onboarding
• Manage broker relationships and freight strategy
• Review carrier packets, rate confirmations, and operational paperwork
• Oversee invoicing, collections, factoring, and payment flow
• Monitor operational KPIs and profitability
• Develop systems and processes for growth
• Help scale Riot Logistics into a major transportation brand

👤 Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Transportation Manager, Fleet Manager, Operations Manager, Dispatch Manager, Terminal Manager, or General Manager
• Strong understanding of trucking operations and dispatch
• Experience managing drivers, dispatchers, brokers, and support personnel
• Knowledge of load boards, freight management systems, factoring, and carrier operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build teams and drive performance
• Results-oriented mindset focused on growth and profitability
