Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Refrigeration & Appliance Repair Technician to service and troubleshoot high-end residential refrigeration equipment in the field. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining premium appliances such as refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, and ice makers. The ideal technician works independently, takes pride in quality workmanship, and is reliable in customer-facing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair high-end refrigeration and appliance systems at residential customer locations
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical issues using standard diagnostic tools
- Complete service calls independently or alongside another technician during onboarding
- Maintain professionalism, reliability, and strong communication while working in customers’ homes
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience repairing refrigeration and residential appliances
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair refrigerators, freezers, wine coolers, and ice makers
- Must provide personal basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, voltmeter, socket set) and reliable transportation to commute to job sites
- English proficiency is required, however being bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
