We're transforming coastal infrastructure. Kind Designs is a Miami startup that 3D-prints concrete Living Seawalls, artificial reefs and seawall tiles. Our products go into the ocean and protect Florida coastlines from flooding and storm surge. They also function like marine habitats. We're looking for an experienced tile installer to join our crew.
We have two types of work and we need someone who can do both. First is installing our Living Seawall Tiles directly onto existing seawalls along the water. This is hands-on installation work at waterfront job sites across South Florida. You'll be working with our specialized concrete tiles, setting them precisely, making sure every unit is level and secure. Second is operating our large-scale concrete 3D printers in our factory. We'll train you on the machines. What you already bring, the eye for quality, the tool proficiency, the intolerance for sloppy work, is exactly what the job requires.

What you'll do:
- Install Living Seawall Tiles at waterfront job sites across South Florida
- Operate large-scale concrete 3D printers (full training provided)
- Monitor printer variables and troubleshoot during production runs
- Stage, handle, and position finished concrete units
- Maintain tools and equipment to a high standard
- Drive trucks, operate forklifts and telehandlers (training available)
What we're looking for:
- Experience as a professional tile installer. This is the job. Everything else we can teach.
- Physically strong, comfortable lifting 50lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Miami
- High personal standard for quality and precision
- Complete tool profficiency
Full time. Mostly outdoors at our factory on the Miami River and at job sites around South Florida.
