Roofing Supervisor & Roofing Estimator needed. Must have extensive roofing experience and knowledge of all city and State building codes and requirements. Must be bi-lingual. We are looking for an estimator and a job site supervisor/Foreman who can manage multiple jobs at various times as well as supervise any subcontractors as needed. This position requires knowledge of shingle systems and their nailing patterns as well as tile, metal roofing and built up roofing. Must be experienced with various nailing patterns for Flat roof systems such as GAF and Polyglass. knowledge of Osha regulations is required and previous safety training is a plus.
