The ideal candidate must be able to turn units, repair appliances, refrigerators, and stoves, and perform general maintenance tasks. Additional skills such as operating a paint sprayer, basic carpentry, and electrical work are highly preferred. This role also requires checking existing materials and supplies on-site before requesting or purchasing new items.
