Forever Construction Group is an established licensed general contracting company specializing in residential and commercial builds, remodels, and additions. We are looking for a self-motivated Project Manager / Estimator to take charge of day-to-day operations and help grow our GC division.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate all phases of construction projects (residential and commercial).
• Read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on bids and estimates.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality work across all trades.
• Handle permitting, scheduling, and job-site management.
• Build relationships with suppliers, trades, and clients.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or general contracting.
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications.
• Strong network of reliable subcontractors in multiple trades.
• Organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position — ideal for an experienced GC professional looking to grow with a company.
• 10–15% of net profit per completed project, depending on project scope and involvement.
• Option to increase percentage on self-generated jobs or consistent performance.
• No base salary initially, but potential for a permanent role with salary as the division grows.
