**Multiple Openings within Stucco, Waterproofing, Railing Installation, Concrete, and Painting **
We are seeking skilled laborers to support commercial and residential restoration projects. Work may include painting and coatings, waterproofing systems, stucco repair, concrete work, and railing installation. Ideal candidates have construction experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely as part of a field crew.
Starting Pay: $20-22/hr (evaluation after 30 days to adjust pay based on skill level)
Key Responsibilities
Perform surface preparation including cleaning, sanding, grinding, and patching.
Assist with painting, priming, and coating applications.
Support waterproofing systems including sealants, membranes, and coatings.
Assist with stucco repair and finishing.
Help with concrete forming, patching, pouring, and finishing.
Assist with railing installation and repairs.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
Work from ladders, scaffolding, or lifts when required.
Requirements
Skilled construction labor experience required.
Experience in painting, waterproofing, stucco, concrete, or railings preferred.
Ability to perform physical labor and work at heights.
Must be able to pass E-Verify.
