Must have reliable transportation and be punctual. Must at least have hand tools for the trade. Must have at least 4/5 years experience. Job sites are mostly located in the Pinecrest/Coral Gables area but not limited to those areas. Occasional daily travel South to Monroe County or North into Broward county maybe required.
