🔧 Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
Proven experience in industrial electrical projects
Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations
Ability to manage crews, schedules, and subcontractors effectively
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
💼 Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day electrical operations on industrial job sites
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and field teams
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to code
Maintain safety compliance and quality control standards
Supervise and mentor field personnel
