Looking for an experienced demolition crew for a small residential project in Miami.
Scope of work includes:
• Demolition and removal of an existing rear exterior structure (wood framing)
• Removal of wall sections and finishes per approved plans
• Haul-away and disposal of debris
• Site clean-up after demolition
This is not a large project — suitable for a small crew or independent demolition contractor.
Requirements:
• Experience with residential demolition
• Own tools and transportation
• Ability to work safely and efficiently
• Available to start soon
• Licensed and insured preferred (not required for initial discussion)
