• Experience with estimating platforms (ALLDATA, Mitchell, etc.) preferred
• Responsible, motivated, and reliable
• Able to manage technicians, customers, and vendors
• Valid work authorization

💼 Compensation Structure
This position rewards performance. Earnings are commission-based and tied to flat-rate labor hours produced by the shop — the more work sold and completed, the more you earn. There is no cap on income.
Success in this role requires:
• Explaining repairs clearly to customers
• Recommending and selling necessary services
• Keeping technicians productive and motivated
• Ensuring techs communicate vehicle findings so opportunities aren’t missed
