Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Technician with a strong background in aircraft component repair. This is a hands-on bench technician role requiring precision, technical expertise, and adherence to FAA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform disassembly, inspection, repair, overhaul, and testing of aircraft hydraulic components
Interpret technical manuals, CMMs, and engineering drawings
Troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components to identify defects and required repairs
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with FAA regulations and company quality procedures
Accurately document work performed using repair station documentation systems
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a bench technician in an FAA Part-145 Aircraft Repair Station
Strong knowledge of aircraft hydraulic systems and components
Experience using precision measuring instruments and test equipment
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Familiarity with FAA regulations and repair station operations
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with specific hydraulic components (actuators, pumps, valves, etc.)
Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license (preferred but not required)
Experience working in a fast-paced MRO environment
