We are seeking a motivated and career-focused Computer Field Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual looking to build a long-term career in Information Technology while gaining hands-on experience with a variety of technologies and client environments. Candidates located in North Miami-Dade or South Broward County are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade desktop and laptop computers.
Provide technical support for Windows operating systems, software applications, and hardware issues.
Install, configure, and support network equipment, including routers, switches, wireless networks, and firewalls.
Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft Windows desktop and server environments.
Perform onsite service calls to diagnose and resolve client technical issues as needed.
Accurately document all work performed using our ticketing, monitoring, and documentation systems.
Qualifications
Experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently research, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
Previous experience in field service, network support, or systems administration is a plus.
Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar credentials are preferred but not required.
Requirements
Must possess own insured, reliable vehicle to travel to client locations.
Ability to pass a background screening.
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills when working with clients.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Time management and excellent technical, communication, and people skills are a plus.
