Furnished bay view 1-bedroom condo available at the Flamingo in South Beach (ADDRESS: 1500 Bay Road, Miami Beach - south tower). Available for up to six (6) months, beginning January 15th.

The monthly rent includes electricity, WiFi, air-conditioning and two (2) gym memberships to the on-site Flamingo Fitness Center.
Unassigned garage parking (by permit) and daily/weekly valet parking are available.
