Build the Future of Advertising in Miami
Mobill is building Miami's first GPS-verified mobile LED billboard network, and we're looking for our first Founding Sales Representative to help bring local businesses onto the platform.
Our network is already live with 25+ active drivers operating across Miami. Businesses use Mobill to launch highly visible advertising campaigns through digital displays that move throughout the city, reaching consumers where traditional advertising often can't.
This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor, work directly with the founders, and help build the sales playbook that will shape the future of the company.

What You'll Do
Prospect businesses throughout a designated zone in Miami-Dade in person
Meet directly with owners, operators, and decision-makers
Present Mobill's advertising solutions to local businesses
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Build and maintain your own sales pipeline
Develop long-term relationships with advertisers
Represent the company at networking events and community functions
Work directly with the founders to refine sales strategy and messaging
Target Customers
You'll primarily work with:
Restaurants
Hospitality groups
Nightlife venues
Real estate teams and brokerages
Retail businesses
Automotive businesses
Professional service providers
Marketing and creative agencies
Compensation
Unlike traditional one-time commission sales roles, Mobill's compensation model rewards account growth and long-term advertiser relationships through recurring commissions on active spending.
Earnings Structure:
Earn up to 20% of advertiser revenue during each customer's first three paid months
Earn 10% ongoing commission on active advertiser spending after month three
Up to $300 monthly field stipend to support in-market prospecting activities
Uncapped earning potential
Opportunity to build a recurring book of business that grows over time
The more advertisers you bring onto the platform and help retain, the more your recurring commission income grows.
Performance Bonuses
In addition to recurring commissions, Mobill offers performance-based bonuses designed to reward activity and early success. Sales Representatives earn a $50 activation bonus for every qualified trial account, a $300 monthly volume bonus for generating 10 or more qualified trials in a month, and a $750 Launch Sprint Bonus for reaching 10 qualified trials during their first month with the company. These bonuses are designed to accelerate earnings while building a recurring portfolio of advertiser accounts.
Requirements:
1–3 years of sales, business development, or customer acquisition experience
Comfortable with face-to-face prospecting and relationship building
Strong communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable transportation
Based in the Miami area
Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience selling advertising, marketing services, SaaS, media, payments, hospitality technology, or other SMB-focused solutions
Existing relationships within Miami's business community
