Business Developer for Staffing Company, South Florida
We are expanding and seeking a Business Development Associate with experience in recruiting. This position is also referred to as a Full Desk Recruiter or 360 Recruiter.
We seek candidates who are innovative, determined, and tenacious.
Key responsibilities include:
· Manage sales, account development, and marketing through cold calls, warm calls, and professional emails.
· Conduct research to generate actionable ideas.
· Attend relevant business events.
· Develop and implement strategic account plans and proposals.
· Acquire new clients and build strong client relationships.
