Gluck GmbH Corp is a premium quality flooring importer and distributor. Located in Medley, Florida since 2010 serving retail clients in Florida.
We are looking for a talented and energetic sales representative to join our sales team. This position is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, a great communicator, enjoys sales and customer service and the satisfaction that comes with servicing customer accounts.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for sales and customer service.
· Maintain constant communication and timely follow-up with clients.
· Serve existing customers, sell to current customers. Open new accounts.
· Follow the procedures established for the acceptance of cash, checks and credit cards.
· Understand and respond appropriately to basic customer inquiries.
· Be alert, on time and always present a professional appearance.
· Proactive problem solving skills; act on a basis of common sense and good judgment.
Required Knowledge, Skills And Experience
· Fully bilingual (Spanish / English) is required.
· Previous experience in floor sales is a plus.
· Previous experience in customer service and sales is required.
· Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing and knowledge of weights and measures.
· Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be multi-task oriented.
· Friendly, positive attitude, and eager to assist the customer regardless of the customer’s disposition.
· Work effectively under pressure.
· Attention to detail.
· Collaborative and team player attitude.
· Problem solving and conflict resolution.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
· Customer service, email, and telephone etiquette are a must.
· Must be computer literate with data entry skills.
· Intermediate to advance knowledge on Microsoft office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Ability to navigate through multiple programs as well as reading and comprehending various customer care service tools.
