Job Summary
This ideal candidate is responsible for selling prefabricated wood trusses to developers, contractors, builders, and home owners. This role emphasizes relationship building, opportunity development, and closing sales while delivering value-added material solutions that support customer project success.

Key Responsibilities
• Actively prospect, develop, and manage your portfolio of contractor and builder accounts.
• Sell prefabricated roof and floor trusses.
• Identify customer project needs and position truss systems as cost-effective, schedule-efficient solutions.
• Track leads, opportunities, and forecasts using proven systems.
• Conduct regular customer visits, jobsite meetings, and project reviews.
• Collaborate with scheduling department and production teams to ensure accurate orders and on-time delivery.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and new construction opportunities.
• Sales experience in construction materials, lumber, or building products.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
