Should a professional female wish to rent an apartment (studio, 1 bed) in Miami Beach with me (an Attorney, and a single white man), it may be cheaper than renting a room in someone's home or apartment. I chose a female because of close quarters, no offense, lol. If so, contact me. I'm ready to move a.s.a.p.

For those who want to rent a room. Please see the following:
Requirements: Clean, Quiet, Safe, Bed, Bathroom, WiFi, No Smoking, Central AC (hopefully), Off-Street Parking (hopefully), and Private Entrance (hopefully). Kitchen not required. I only need to sleep, shower, use WiFi and go. So, room can be small. The reason that I want to rent a room is because currently I am a single man and do not require the use of an entire apartment. I also travel a lot. I live in Bangkok, Thailand, and practice law in the Northern Mariana Islands which is a U.S. territory. I say this because off-street parking would be beneficial. If you are thinking about renting a room for the first time, or otherwise, I would like to hear from you. I have been in current room for nearly a year now, but times have changed and I am looking for another room. I have been paying $250 per month to another professional.
