Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and control access at gatehouse positions, ensuring authorized entry and exit.
• Conduct regular patrols as a rover, maintaining visibility and vigilance throughout the assigned area.
• Report any suspicious activities or security breaches promptly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed logs of activities and incidents.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting and directing visitors as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications:
• Class D Security License
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual abilities (English and Spanish) are a plus, but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
