Job Description

As a Security Officer Active Armed Prol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal a leading technology locion as an armed prol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine prols, stay visible to help reduce security-reled incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communicion. In this dynamic role, you will support site needs with agility, reliability, innovion, teamwork, and integrity in a people-first culture.

Pay Re: $21.01 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Wh You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and when approprie, emergency response activities a technology-focused locion.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situions, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and actions in accordance with site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random prols throughout buildings, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery processing while following site rules for restricted and sensitive areas.
• Carry authorized armed post equipment in accordance with Allied Universal guidelines and local requirements, maintaining professional readiness and supporting security-reled response activities as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be least 21 years of age.
• A ste, county, or city issued security-reled license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
