We're a tight group of technology masters that's expanding and in need of another full-time tech for office & on-site work in Miami. More precisely, techs experienced in Windows network support for our business clients from 25 to 200 users.

The position is a Tier1 Support Technician, helping with network & desktop projects and easier support issues.

Key skills you have to really do great with us:

• At least 1yr actual tech work experience.
• Basic Certifications are a plus but not required: A+, Network+, Cloud+, M365 certs from recent years
• Knows the desktop side well - OS reinstalls, troubleshooting apps, migrating files etc.
• Understands the fundamentals of how things work, so you can come up with great solutions to uncommon problems without needing Claude every time (but Claude is still awesome)
• Enjoys helping others - at the end of the day, this is really why we do this!
  
• Good English and Spanish are *required*
  
  

Technical Experience:

• Comfortable with Windows 11 Pro and PC Hardware. Experience with other equipment is a plus (copiers, smart TVs, NVRs/DVRs, conf cameras, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration basics – Entra accounts, Mailboxes, etc.
• Any network experience is a plus (APs, switching, firewalls)
• Autotask, Datto Backup, DattoRMM, ITGlue experience a plus (we use most of the Kaseya stack)

Ability to communicate precisely and Punctuality are essential. You'll also need your own reliable transportation, pass a background check & drug screening, and be eligible to work here, since we stick to the well-behaved Pros.
