About us: we are two female working professions (one working from home and one working a hybrid office schedule) ages 30 and 34, and a very cute dog. One is from San Diego and has lived in LA for about 12 years. She is currently in the beauty industry and works at home twice a week. She is very active, works out everyday, loves be in nature, and hanging with her friends. The other is from northern California and been in LA for 10 years. She generally works from home, and is a musician (but quiet in the apartment), she likes to refinish vintage furniture, and her dog's name is Ollie. He's a Pom-Chi mix, 3 1/2 years old, afraid of new people, but will hide under the bed if he's uncomfortable. Very sweet once he warms up.
Very clean, non-smokers and enjoy a relaxed environment. Preferably looking for a roommate who works at an office or has a hybrid schedule. We are looking for a likeminded female in their late 20s/ 30s who is clean and will take care of the space as if it's their own :)
