What would make you a great candidate:
You must have great communication skills, a positive attitude, be able to visit, live or work in shared accommodations, be open to receiving and giving constructive feedback, have a willingness to dedicate time for reading, writing, brainstorming and watching videos and masterclasses related to self development, financial independence and cultivating new good habits, great gardening skills, and ability to grow organic food, be ready to transform and live a 10X life.
What type of people are not a good fit for our property and lifestyle:
-If you are dishonest and stab people in the back, not compassionate, unhappy, have unresolved anger issues, drama and gossip in your personal life
-If you are abusive verbally or physically, use any kind of substances such as alcohol, cigarettes, illegal drugs
-if you are a city person, scared of nature and all the critters that live in the ecosystem
