You have a high ceiling, windows all around and lots of light. What's special about this place is the tranquil ambiance, while being right next to the South Beach action, and the location a block from the ocean. The apartment is quiet, airy and peaceful in a safe, beautiful neighborhood.
This is a 2 minute walk to the beach/ ocean.
The studio is next to my apartment and there is a door in between which is locked.. It is technically part of my place but independent with it's own entrance.
You have a walk in closet, private entrance kitchenette, and free parking.
You can stay for a month or more.
Location is near 23rd and Collins.
I'm looking for a quiet professional who works daytime hours preferably.
Utilities and Internet included. I can clean once a week included.
