Established, fully licensed and insured Miami watersports company (FWC Livery Operator Permit + full commercial liability insurance, 5.0 stars on Google, new fleet) is expanding and seeking a SECOND waterfront location.
WHAT WE NEED:
- Dock/slip space for ~8-10 jet skis + one 24-ft pontoon, plus a small customer check-in point
- A site where commercial passenger loading / watersports rental is PERMITTED (commercial marina, marine or waterfront-commercial zoning, or grandfathered marine use)
- Lease OR purchase - flexible
PRIORITY AREAS: Haulover / Sunny Isles / North Miami Beach (163rd St) / 79th St Causeway; Government Cut / South Beach; Downtown / Edgewater / Miami River; Key Biscayne / Virginia Key.
