We are looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker / Assistant to join our team in Miami. This position combines warehouse duties and customer service, primarily focused on swimming pool and spa products.
Qualifications
Knowledge of swimming pool/spa products and equipment (a plus)
Previous experience in a pool retail or distribution environment (a plus)
1+ year of customer service experience
MUST be bilingual: English & Spanish
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
Answer customer questions and assist with selecting pool/spa products
Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system
Handle cash drawer and process returns
Assist with inventory control
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and well stocked
Load and unload box trucks
Tag, label, box, wrap, and pack merchandise
Prepare customer orders for shipment or pickup
Operate basic merchandise and inventory management tools
