Too young to retire, well-rounded, experienced man-Read my resume
I am a well-rounded and experienced individual. I have been working since I was 16 and am still too young to retire. My work history started in construction with my father, first in the heating and Air conditioning business, then in home remodeling and general construction. I sold fruit & vegetables in Phila, where I bought the produce myself. I worked for an insurance company where I became a general agent within 6 months. I had 7 agents to teach and take care of. I put together a telemarketing call room for them. I wrote the script for them, along with the agents' script, when visiting the clients. I then wrote the script for the PR department. My wife didn’t like the hours I was putting in, so I stepped down. Money got tight, and a divorce followed. The rest of my work history is sales and marketing for me and others. I have consistently excelled in my endeavors. I started my own home remodeling business in Philadelphia after my wife died. I started just as a handyman, and then grew into a larger company doing everything with 5 men. I love that business, but my back got so bad I had to give it up and move to Florida in 2014, where I tried to start up again but couldn’t find quality men to do the work. I found work to estimate jobs for a few Home Remodeling companies until I had back surgery in 2018. Some of the companies I ran were HK Home Services, HK Services & Marketing Credit Card Broker. USA List Broker. I have trained salespeople on asking closed end question and not to sell just to make money, but to give the clients what they need and want. A happy client won’t cancel, and it is a good way of getting referrals, which increases sales and loyalty. I worked with the Chamber of Commerce, BNI groups, and other card swap groups. I am looking for remote, full-time, or part-time work
1099 or W2, I don’t need benefits since I am on Social Security. Inbound or outbound calls. Client manager in person or by phone. I have a full office in my home. The only thing I don’t have is a landline
I am looking to make $2,000.00 -$2,500 monthly. Pay or draw pulse commission, and I will work hard to earn it. I will treat your business like it were my own.
