I am a 40yr old single male. I have worked in property management my entire adult life only not working in the property management field during COVID.
I am currently working part time as a property management and full time in retail. I would like to leave retail and work in property management full time.
I come from a family or landlords and real estate investors, I first learned the business by learning how to make residential repairs. Then later i moved into the marketing and management and dealing with city inspectors and contractors.
I have my own transportation, 2 different vehicles with my suv being my main work vehicle.
