Objectives: Estimating from home. TRY ME OUT
Free estimate on one of your previously bid residential additions to 400 square feet. (South Florida Only).
I am looking to help & assist your estimating department. I will provide my years of experience and software to augment your bidding opportunities.
I presently am working from home estimating for clients the following type of projects:
Design/Build
Custom single-family housing
Shell wood frame
Shell concrete
Additions
I am proficient especially in concrete shell construction and Design/Build Projects.
I have developed Excel Templates which will reduce my estimating time in half; thus, I can do more in less time. I always deliver on time.

I am not looking for a full-time position. One of my clients has 3 residences under contract from $450,000.00 to $900,000.00. Another one has a townhouse renovation worth $150,000.00 and an apartment house worth $1,200,000.00
