This is a startup environmentâand weâre looking for someone who thrives in that.
đ Responsibilities:
1. Open and manage files using Qualia
2. Order title, lien searches, and municipal searches
3. Review and interpret title commitments
4. Clear title issues (liens, violations, clouds, settlements)
5. Handle investor transactions (e.g., assignments, double closings, novations, land trusts)
6. Prepare and balance settlement statements (CD/ALTA)
7. Manage funding and post-closing
đ§ Requirements:
â Experience as a Title Processor / Closer (REQUIRED)
â Proficiency in Qualia or similar software (REQUIRED)
â Ability to handle files independently from open to close
â Strong understanding of investor transactions
â Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
â Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
â Strong Preference:
â Licensed Florida Title Agent
đą Work Setup:
Initially in-office (Miami area) for onboarding
Opportunity to transition to remote/hybrid after performance review
đ° Compensation based on experience:
(1) $50-$80K + Bonus or
(2) Per File Basis.
