We are a Sourcing company located in Kendall Florida. Our team is looking to fulfill the full-time position of Inventory Clerk in the Kendall/Tamiami Airport area. The position includes lifting boxes and working in a warehouse environment. You must be able to preserve long-term relationships with our clients; demonstrate the ability to delegate and perform under extreme time restrictions and deadlines. Computer literate, knowledge in Quickbooks is a plus. We are a growing firm and need for the applicant to be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) both reading and writing. Maintaining an organized inventory room.
Interact with clients and vendors verbal and written
Prepare and file paperwork
Set up and maintain a database
Order and maintain office supplies inventory
Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, QuickBooks, Outlook.
This is a full time job 40hrs Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00pm 1 hour lunch break.
