Office Manager – Demolition Company
Location: Miami, 33138
Pay: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

Established demolition company seeking an experienced Office Manager with a background in the construction industry. We are looking for someone organized, dependable, and able to manage daily office operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
Handle scheduling, emails, phone calls, and customer communication
Process invoices, permits, and job documentation
Maintain project files and assist with compliance paperwork
Support accounts payable/receivable
Assist with contracts, insurance certificates, and lien releases
Requirements:
Previous office management experience required
Construction or demolition industry experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and email communication
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
