Position Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Customer Service Agent to join our team in an office-based role. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, customer service and be bilingual (English/Spanish). This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage shipments and customer inquiries while providing accurate freight quotes.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics coordination – Track shipments, communicate with carriers, and resolve carrier delays.
Customer service – Assist customers with inquiries, shipment tracking, and problem resolution in a professional manner.
Cross-team collaboration – Work closely with warehouse, billing, and operations teams to ensure smooth logistics processes.
Bilingual communication – Professionally engage with internal teams and customers in both English and Spanish.
