We are a multi-family property management office.
The Leasing Assistant will help with general office operations and perform all related leasing functions under the direction of the Property Manager.
Responsibilities:
Follow up with prospects and applicants to lease vacant units.
Maintain professional communication with residents, applicants, employees and vendors.
Respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely and accurate manner.
Assist in property inspections.
Maintain records of leasing and maintenance.
Requirements:
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Works effectively with owner, managers, and colleagues.
Follows instructions, performs duties with minimal supervision and is a team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
MUST be Bilingual - English and Spanish
*Leasing experience is a plus!
*Sales experience is a plus!
