- Manage Rose, Flower and Non-Perishable Inventories.
- Receive and label Inventory properly.
- Manage Inventory Software Accurately.
- Responsible for Store Purchase Orders.
- Support with Schedules and Payroll.
- Oversee different store audits.
- Complimentary Business Taks.
- Follow Systems and SOP's.
Qualifications
Proven experience in operations management or a related field.
Strong supervisory skills with a track record of effective team leadership.
Expertise in process improvement methodologies and project management principles.
Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and execution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
