We are a fast-growing company seeking to fill a full-time position within the Sales Department. We are looking for someone who has an ambition to succeed and grow within a great team and positive environment. The Executive Administrator will manage our channel distribution sector, attend tradeshows and events, and coordinate workflow for the rest of the sales team.

The Executive Administrator will maintain a positive business relationship with customers who purchase in bulk, continue learning about our products and complete administrative tasks as needed. Outstanding phone and communications skills are a MUST. Must be able to multi-task, be a quick learner, prioritize duties and work well in a team as well as independently. An upbeat and outgoing personality is preferred.

Job responsibilities included, but not limited:
Set up vendor accounts
Update pricing structure
Create and maintain product SKUs and UPCS
Update/revise product listings as needed with the team
Approve/reject orders when needed
Process purchase orders / create invoices and quotes
Plan and execute outreach plans and follow-ups
Schedule and target specific markets strategically with the help of the sales team
Setup promotions, rebates, and sales rep incentives
Enforce Map agreements
Organize tradeshow calendar
Register for applicable tradeshows
Create lists of target audience
Create reports with accurate results
Train sales team members as needed
Attend meetings as needed within the company
Administrative tasks
Establishing and maintaining files
Research
Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plans
Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customer
Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, and chats
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales goals
Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction
Stay abreast with online marketing trends and competitors
Required to attend business social networking events and tradeshows
Available to travel within the US and internationally

Experience required:
Microsoft office
QuickBooks

A BIG PLUS but not a requirement, knowledge of:
Wordpress
CRM system
RMA system
Sales experience
Public Speaking

Salary based on experience
