• Professionally handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, and inquiries in both English and Spanish
• Accurately process, confirm, and manage catering orders with attention to detail and timing
• Clearly communicate specialized notes, dietary requests, menu modifications, and order details to the appropriate kitchen team member responsible for execution
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and culinary team to ensure order accuracy and timely execution
• Maintain organized records of orders, client preferences, and communications using Microsoft Excel and other Office tools
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, ingredients, and catering options
• Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and daily operational planning
• Support small kitchen-based projects, including labeling, packing assistance, inventory tracking, or light prep support as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Qualifications
• Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of attention to detail when relaying information
• Knowledge or interest in food, catering, or culinary operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Ability to work in a kitchen-based office environment and collaborate with culinary staff
• Customer service or call center experience preferred
