We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Representative Assistant to support our call center and customer communication operations. This role assists call representatives by managing call-related tasks, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities
Assist call representatives with inbound and outbound call preparation
Update and maintain customer records and call logs
Schedule callbacks and follow-ups
Handle basic customer inquiries and route calls appropriately
Prepare reports and summaries of call activities
Support quality assurance and compliance procedures
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required)
Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)
