Small Construction Company seeking individual with great CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE to join our team
**Accepting phone calls MON-FRI between 7am and 3:15 pm**
Requirements:
*Excellent customer service skills when answering phones/engaging with potential new and existing clients
*Fluent in English and Spanish
*Proficient in MS Word and Outlook
*Ability to learn new proprietary scheduling/document management software
*Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain organization for the office as a whole
*Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities:
*Answering phones, coordinate scheduling appointments with new and existing clients
*Document management: Printing docs, scanning notes/pictures to customer files
*Coordination of project information from multiple sources
*Other office duties as needed, light filing etc.
