Position Overview
We're looking for a reliable, bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. If you're organized, detail-oriented, enjoy working with customers, and like learning new skills, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
Prepare customer quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
Send supplier RFQs and follow up on quotations
Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers
Update Excel and Google Sheets
Organize shipping documents and electronic files
Support daily office operations
Qualifications
Required
Bilingual English & Spanish
Microsoft Excel and Word
Professional email communication
Customer service experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work independently after training
Preferred
QuickBooks experience
ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI tools
International business or purchasing experience

Starting pay: $20/hour
Performance-based raises
Annual bonus
