We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our construction office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, professional, and comfortable handling multiple tasks. Construction experience is a plus, but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities: READ BELOW CAREFULLY
Answer and manage incoming phone calls
Respond to emails and assist with client communication
Prepare and assist with quotes and job-related paperwork
Use QuickBooks (QB) for quotes (training provided if needed)
Maintain organized files and office records
Support daily office operations and team needs
Run occasional office errands as needed
Visit job sites rarely, only if needed
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
Fluent English
Strong organizational and communication skills
Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel Quick Books, emails etc.)
Website Knowledge is a plus...
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Professional attitude and reliability
Prior office experience required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
Training pay starts at: $16/hour (about 2 weeks)
Starting at $17–$18/hour (based on experience)
