About the Role
This is a full-time, fully remote position.
Pay: $18-21 hour Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
What You'll Do
Support owners, operations manager, and technicians with daily tasks
Communicate with potential customers and customers requesting information or checking on proposals
Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and clients to gather required documentation
Maintain organized digital records of permits, plans, and correspondence
Manage calendars, deadlines, and project status updates
Handle general administrative tasks: data entry, scheduling, email correspondence, document prep
What We're Looking For
2+ years of administrative or office support experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail — you don't let things slip through the cracks
Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and PDF tools
Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN Construction, permitting, or contractor industry experience
Experience with project management tools (SuiteDash, GoHighLevel, PandaDocs) a plus
